A BIG thank you to all our clients who responded to our survey conducted earlier in the year.  We were very grateful for your input and feedback.

Happily, 77.5% of respondents rated our services as “excellent” and 22.5% as “above average”.  This was a pleasing result, but we will aim for 100% “excellent” in our next survey.

Most clients thought we were less expensive than our competitors and 40% felt we were about average.  One client thought we were expensive (but still seems very happy with the services we provide).

In relation to the question about costing models, the results were interesting.  Here are the results:

Whilst time costing was still the preferred arrangement, there were strong indications that clients would like access to other costing models, particularly fixed fees on certain matters.

Monthly retainers seemed to be the least popular model of costing.

Finally, we received some wonderful feedback from clients and including these comments:

NEW COSTING MODEL

In response to this survey results noted above, we would like to trial “fixed fee pricing” on Fair Work Unfair Dismissal Cases and Adverse Action Cases from taking instructions to the end of the conciliation process.
